**In Case of Emergency**
If you are a member of the public:
Should you come across an oil, gas, or geothermal well that is leaking or otherwise hazardous, call 911.
If you are an oil, gas, or geothermal operator:
If a catastrophic event occurs at your lease such as a flood, landslide, or fire, first call 911. Second, notify
Cal OES consistent with regulations (1-800-852-7550). Also, please contact your local Geologic Energy Management Division (CalGEM) district office (see below). If that office is not available, please contact the Sacramento headquarters office or one of the other CalGEM district offices (see below).
