Rulemaking Package #8, Public Resources Code (PRC) §2773.1(b), Forfeiture of Financial Assurance Mechanisms

At its April 16, 2020 regular business meeting, the Board approved and adopted the final proposed regulatory language and final rulemaking package #8, Forfeiture of Financial Assurance Mechanisms, and directed Board staff to finalize the rulemaking process. The completed package includes revisions to Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations, sections 3810 – 3817.

On April 29, 2021 the Office of Administrative Law approved the regulatory language amendments which were then endorsed by the Secretary of State. The approved regulatory action becomes effective on July 1, 2021.
